Chameleon Again
I was talking about chameleon yesterday and today I saw one. And it was a horrible incident... Normally, I am very careful on the road, watching my steps as I walk. But I guessed today, at that point of time was an exception. There were too much thoughts running in my head and I stepped on something. It was a funny feeling like stepping on a hard sponge.
I heard some screams around and this auntie was murmuring to herself about something bad. I thought I stepped on a pool of shit, I turned around and saw a Chameleon lying on the ground, his organs were squeezed out from his mouth. Oh no, I think I did it. Yucks!
It was not done on purpose and I don't know why the lizard was there in the first place. Can't it see there were so many people walking along and should avoid the streets?
I told the anutie "Oh no, I stepped on the lizard!" From a distance, I heard a little boy, "She stepped on it!" I whisked away from the scene as quickly as possible, just like a murderer.
I still can't get over the sensation of stepping on a lizard. I feel so sick thinking about it. Oh no... and I was in my new shoes...
(I know this is disgusting, I think the worst part is stepping on a snail because you can hear the shell cracked, like breaking its entire "bones".)
